The Fleming-Watson Historic District comprises 365 buildings and 1 structure of architecture significance on 840 acres (3.4 km2) in Fairmont, West Virginia. It is approximately bounded by Fairmont Avenue, Second and Fay Streets, Apple Cresenrt, Green and Emerson Streets, Coleman Avenue, Seventh Street, Outlook, and Fairmont.[2] Located in the district is Fairmont Farms, the former home of Senator Clarence Wayland Watson.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.[1]
